The hotel rooms were quite nice with some modern decor and comfortable beds, but my experience turned sour when I discovered a melted outlet behind the bed. Service was a mix of wonderful assistance and a frustrating run-around when trying to address a situation. The location, though with a questionable smell of mildew and difficult access, still showed some commitment to guest satisfaction. On the upside, the dining experience was enjoyable, particularly for early risers, offering a good selection of breakfast items.
